The projectis to stabilise and maintain reverse logistics part of their supply chain which involves implementing new features, providing solutions to existing gaps in the system.
Roles & Responsibilities:
 Conducting bi-monthly reviews among several teams.
 Direct interaction with client and their dealers to understand real time issues and gaps in the existing system so to reduce the impact.
 Providing and implementing permanent solution for day-to-day recurring issues.
 Responsible for seamless flow between ECC – CRM – EWM systems through IDocs,BDocs and Inbound/Outbound queues.
 Creating ChaRM documents to the team and approving the CRs.
 Created a Web-UI enhancement to display confirmation popup while publishing ASN.
