The client works in the Manufacturing and Retail domain. SPPS is a system used for the calculation of service packages. Packages provide details about parts and labor information. These calculated packages can then be used at Mercedes-Benz workshops through marketing campaigns to attract customers who have stopped servicing their vehicles. Further, SPPS helps the service advisors to give the customer, fast and reliable price information from a variety of packages in the system. It is hosted on the Aftersales Platform and is accessible for all three workflow steps (HQ, MPC, and retailer) over the internet.

The Order is first created into Salesforce and after going through some Approval flow it can search into Autodesk Order Entry system which is implemented in java, based on some validations it is processed into AOE. I was involved in Development, Documentation, Testing, and Communication with the On-shore team.
