Project 1: Streamlining Lead Management through Nintex Workflow Cloud The client is the leading B2B organization where that want to generate leads through various sources, and also want to streamline the lead management process by automating the lead capturing and proposal creation process.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Connect Nintex workflow with salesforce.
● Created Lead in salesforce from the data in the form Send a notification to the user that a lead is created.
● Created a Business proposal using Nintex drawloop docgen with the details of the currently created lead. Send the proposal with the Accept/Reject question to the lead's email using delivery option
● Capture the reply of the lead if he/she reply with "Reject", status of lead in salesforce will be change to "Not Converted" and if he/she reply with "Accept" then convert lead into Account, Contact and Opportunity"
Project 2 Efficient Service Agreement Signing with Nintex Workflow Cloud and Nintex Assure Sign The client is the leading service-based organization where that need to create service agreements for your employees or clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
● Created a document for the service agreement and send it to the user for e-signature Generated a service agreement document for an employee ● Send the document to the users(approvers) for e-signature via Nintex assure the sign.
● When all the users are done signing the document will the attached to the employee record and sent to the employee's email Project 3 Case management of Train Operating Company
● The client was a UK-based service provider that manages support cases for various Train operating companies. The client wanted to use salesforce for better workforce management and case allocation as it was a difficulty in the current process.

● Led and assisted the project through various BA-driven activities like Conducted Discovery Sessions
● Prepared GAP analysis Drafted detailed user stories
● Assisted the QA team in testing and validating the development Strategised the user acceptance testing to power users for the new product
