Title: Coordinated Care System
Role: Salesforce Tester
It is specializing in the discovery, development, and delivery of therapies for the treatment of neurodegenerative, hematologic, and autoimmune diseases to patients worldwide CCS (Coordinated Care System). Process enhancements to improve patient journey in Salesforce CRM Service Cloud for Patient Services (PS) with different therapy products of Multiple sclerosis (MS) and Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). Elicit requirements for technical and functional aspects of an enhancement from business - Design, Build and test the required functionality. This will help the Patients and the Biogen agents to capture the information without missing and reminding the patients on time to take the therapy.
Understand the entire project with the ability to develop a test strategy and execute test plans, test conditions, and test cases to ensure the delivery of quality information systems and software programs that conform to organization standards and user requirements.
Gathering project requirements from the customer both internal and external, creating and reviewing specification artifacts, and reviewing those requirements to identify gaps/missing information.
Understand the requirements, load them to HP ALM, and create the traceability metrics.
Track the new/updated requirements in the project and modify the test artifacts accordingly.
Testing the complex business workflow and other integration application-based testing.
Preparation of Daily/Weekly status reports to stakeholders.

Title : Farmers Service Operations
Role : Salesforce Tester
Service Request Management (SRM) is a cloud-based call center application used by employees of Farmers Help Desk (Service Center) to record the queries raised (Service requests) from the customer and agents regarding policies sold on different lines of business (Home, Auto, Umbrella etc.). SRM application has the ability to initiate a service request from all kinds of channels like Paper Mail, Chat, Fax, Phone, Email, Internal/External. Service Relationship Management is Call center application migration from SOLA legacy system into salesforce service platform integrated with all brand system in agile model. Farmer’ s CHATBOT application is integrated with SRM application.
Assigned Subject Matter Expert for the CHATBOT project from offshore, which is a subproject in Farmer’s service operations.
Responsibilities include effort tracking, daily status reporting to stakeholders.
Designed the required test strategy in line with the scope and Organization Standards.
Created an effective test plan having end-to-end test scenarios covering each functionality in the application.
Review the test cases and scripts along with the test data and conduct review meetings with project Stakeholders.
Performed the Test and Artifact Management such as raising the defects and monitoring the same until closure and other testing activities.
Liaising with developer team for a defect triage and defect follow up.
Escalate and obtain resolution of the issues related to the test environment and team.
