I have 2+ yrs of experience in Salesforce as a Developer in Salesforce.com. Has good knowledge of the
Technical and Functional aspects of Salesforce.com, on-demand CRM package.
● Have a good knowledge on the understanding of CRM Business processes like Forecasting, Campaign
management, Lead Management, Order Management, Account Management, Case Management (Email-to-Case
and Web-to-Case).
● Experience on Salesforce CRM platform Worked on different environments of SFDC such as Sales, Service
Clouds and Force.com.
● Experienced software developer with good Javascript, CSS, CRM, JavaScript, Visual Force, APEX Batch jobs, and Scheduled Jobs.
● Extensive experience in developing Apex Classes, Triggers, Controllers, and Visual force pages.
● Key expertise includes Salesforce System Configuration, Visualforce, Apex Programming (Classes and
Triggers), Force.com Sites, Data Migration (Apex Data Loader), SOQL, SOSL, Application development, and Email
Handling, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Approval Process and Testing.
● Have the ability to Multi-task, develop complex functionalities using apex programming and visual force pages,
face & overcome critical challenges with ease. Project problem resolution on time and solution design skills and
analyzing skills.
● Experience in working on Lightning Component (AURA).
● Having a basic knowledge of Lightning Web Components.
● Experience in Eclipse IDE with Force.com Plug-in for writing business logic in Apex programming language.
● Experience in querying salesforce.com database using SOQL & SOSL queries using Force.com Explorer.
● Expertise in analyzing business requirements, Entity-Relationship diagrams and implementing them to
Salesforce Business custom objects, master-detail relationships, lookup relationships.
● Expertise in various Standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, opportunities, Products, Price books, Cases,
Leads, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards.
● Used different data tools – Apex Data Loader, Import Wizard, SFDC Data Export, Mass Delete, etc.
