Overall Roles and Responsibilities:
Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancements.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce aligns with business requirements and takes a proactive approach to continuous improvement of our salesforce.com
Assist with Salesforce.com and 3rd party integrations.
Enforce data validation/quality and perform mass updates.
Stay current with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation and provide new
functionalities and solutions as needed
Manage assigned staff of junior-level development resources by creating an environment that motivates team personnel to be their best.
Lead continuous improvement, and technical education/training efforts within the development team.
Experience in Object-Oriented Analysis / Design / Development / Testing and Implementation, Client/Server Architecture.
Translate business requirements into creative and effective technical designs
Build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive important business decisions by developing in Lightning App, Visualforce, Apex, etc.
Organize and deliver Cloud computing workshops for the new resource/laterals and give support to get certified PD 01, PD02, ADM 201, App Builder, etc.
Experience in Sales & Service cloud Development, Integrations, and implementations.
Experience building Apex Class, Batch Apex, Triggers, Lightning (Aura component, controllers LDS, Application & component Event, etc. ) VisualForce Pages, Visual Force Custom Controllers/ Components, Custom Objects, Reports, Dashboards, Tabs, Tags, and Components.
Identify relationships and converting to Salesforce custom objects, lookup relationships, junction objects, master-detail relationships.
Expertise in Force.com technology stack: Lightning, Visual Force, Integration (XML/JSON) & Deployment.
Extensive experience in using declarative features like validation rules, workflows, approval processes, sharing rules automation for satisfying complex business process automation.
Created page layouts, search layouts to organize fields, custom links, related lists, and other components on a record detail and edit pages.
Worked extensively on various salesforce.com standard objects like Accounts, Contacts, opportunities, Products, Cases, Leads, Campaigns, Reports, and Dashboards
