Monitoring project progress to ensure it is aligned the requirements

In the project, Agent portal was developed for client, wherein agents can manage all their details in it. In the project we tested the application where the submission was being done, flow of data from agent portal to database and database to HubSpot CRM data was being verified also on My SQL databases by fetching through queries. Then agent portal was tested as per requirements given by the customers. Smoke, Sanity, Regression testing was performed and it was deployed on production post customer sign off.

Project includes development of the application where insurance is provided digitally including different insurance and developing different modules and integrating it all together. Modules involve insurance companies, agricultural experts, government agencies and farmers. The goal is to enhance the resilience of farmers and stabilize agricultural production amidst unpredictable environmental conditions.

In the Project, Front end application, Back end, and Dashboard was built for the client, wherein in the dashboard Procurement, sales, and payment details had to be shown, In the project we tested the front-end application where the submission was being done, flow of data from front end application/ Mobile App to database and database to Dashboard, data was being verified also on MySQL database by fetching through queries. Then dashboard was tested thoroughly as per the requirement given by the customer. Smoke Sanity and regression testing were performed and it was deployed on production post customer sign-off. The project was completed within 4 months and as per the timelines given.

Timely updates on policy changes, claim status, and payment reminders. Secure data encryption, access control, and intrusion detection/prevention.
