Description : A Garments chain with 150+ stores and was involved in system & process study, requirement analysis, preparing documents, document walk through, basic data modelling, discussions with Dev team on transferring the knowledge acquired in the requirements phase, beta testing the software, demo of software prior to final release, assisting in Go Live
Responsibilities:
• Involved in System study and documentation
• Involved in data modelling and ensured all attribute level data are captured and are easily accessible for analysis
• Involved in actively managing CRM and build custom Reports to pull repeat customers again to shop floor.
• Involved in targeting non productive customers and turn them into regular customers with custom promotions.
• Inventory exchange between multiple platform by configuring Omni channel through Martjack so that shopping experience through Web and shop POS is seamless.
4. Crossword: Role : Business Analyst Description : A Bookseller chain with 150+ stores and was involved in requirement analysis, documentation and development co-ordination.

• WMS included Rows, Racks and Bill management along with Picking, packing processes to ensure perfect inventory tracking.
• Involved in analyzing the requirement and interact with development team in successfully develop and implement a seasonal return management that ensures previous season products are moved off shelf.
