¯ A dynamic professional with close to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst across US Healthcare(insurance)/Logistics/Manufacturing/Finance domain/Assets Management projects.
¯ Working with data analytics team in documenting the requirements, liaising between business and the development team, while working with a wide range of stakeholders for Business Changes.
¯ Extensive experience on working in Agile and good experience in driving Agile Ceremonies i.e. daily stand-up calls, sprint kick-off & closure calls, sprint retrospective, and story grooming calls.
¯ Extensive experience in Requirement gathering, documenting requirements, Business requirement documents, and Design documents.
¯ Extensive experience in business requirements gathering for creating FSDs, BRDs and discussing the solutions with Product Owners and stakeholders.
¯ Hands-on experience in modeling the requirement using UML by addressing process flow Activity Diagrams and use case Diagrams.
¯ Assisting with QA/UAT to review/refine test plans and create more detailed test cases.
¯ Worked with the project team and business to identify and resolve issues that arise during projects or as part of day-to-day business operations.
¯ Discuss changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and devise contingency plans.
¯ Leading all aspects of Business Requirements from elicitation to business process flow mapping to proposing new functionalities to users for optimizing their processes.
¯ Conducting gap analysis, scope estimation, and impact analysis working with cross-functional teams.
¯ Create, maintain, and groom the Product Backlog, write User Stories, and define sprint scope.
¯ Working knowledge of manufacturing applications, and in-house systems used for checking prices of components developed and performing UAT of these workflows.
