Project Description: ▪ As an OpenAir lead, I am responsible for handling
Operations performed in Organisation through OpenAir.
▪ Operations Include, User Management, Time-sheets
Compliance and Invoicing, Project Management, OpenAir
Enhancements and Reporting.
▪ User Management Activity consists of handling Onboarding
Employees in OpenAir which includes Configuration of
Roles, Filter sets, Access controls, Assignment groups,
Schedules, Cost Centers, Approver mappings.
▪ Other Activities in User Management consists of
Offboarding which are of Employee exit in OpenAir
Processes followed by OpenAir User Management Audits to
make sure there are no data discrepancy.

tracking missed timesheets of employees and following it up
with project managers for closing timesheets and invoicing.
