Requirement Gathering:- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process inefficiencies and gather requirements for automation.

Solution Design:- Design and architect automation solutions using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Create workflows and applications that align with the identified requirements.

SharePoint Configuration:- Set up and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions based on the project requirements. Ensure proper organization and accessibility of data within SharePoint.

Power Automate Development:- Build workflows and automate business processes using Power Automate. Configure triggers, actions, and conditions to automate tasks and enable seamless information flow.

Description :

This application is used for Timesheet Management in which employees submit their timesheet and see whether their submitted timesheet approves or not. Once the employee clicks on the submit button, they will go to the Timesheet form where the employee can choose the week when Timesheet will submit and the time, also select the manager for approval. After that Employee clicks on the Submit for approval button to select Manager. In the approval section, an approver (Manager) can see the approved timesheet where the approver shows how many time sheets are pending approval. In the Approval, Timesheets Approver can approve and reject the timesheet. approver approves Timesheet, it sends an email to the employee that their timesheet is approved. Once the timesheet is approved it will be removed from the Approval Timesheet.

 

In this Timesheet, there is a search functionality where the Timesheet Management App Administrator can search for any employee on the timesheet and see their work and status. The Timesheet Management Application project aims to develop a comprehensive solution using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps  for efficient management  and  tracking of employee timesheets. The application will streamline the process of recording and approving timesheets, enable accurate time tracking, and facilitate seamless reporting and analysis.

SharePoint Configuration:-Set up SharePoint 2016 on the Windows Server 2016 environment. Configure site collections, sites, lists, libraries, and user permissions according to the HRMS requirements. Description :

This application can automate the process of the HR department like sending welcome mail, referral mail, TNA mail, Induction Mail, etc. In this module, we get the Employee data from SAP using SAP connector using Scheduler, and this information is saved in another staging table. From this module, employees can see all information like personal details, official Details, Bank details, and previous employment. This module has three roles like an employee, Unit HR, and admin. The Unit HR has the right to upload employee documents on behalf of an employee, and these documents are approved if the employee submits these documents, then they go to the Unit.
