Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All services purchased through Cosette Network are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. For digital services and products, access is typically granted within 24 hours of purchase.

Service Delivery

As we primarily offer B2B IT recruitment and talent solutions, most of our services are delivered digitally through our platform. For physical documents or materials (when applicable):

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days within India
  • Express delivery: 1-2 business days within major cities in India (additional charges may apply)
  • International delivery: 7-14 business days (where applicable)

Tracking Information

For physical deliveries, tracking information will be provided via email once your package has been shipped. Digital service activations will be confirmed through our customer portal and via email notification.

Shipping Carriers

We work with reputable courier services including BlueDart, DTDC, and FedEx for any physical deliveries. The choice of carrier depends on your location and the type of shipment.

Exchange & Return Policy

Service Satisfaction Guarantee

At Cosette Network, we strive to provide the highest quality recruitment and talent services. If you are not satisfied with the services provided:

  • Contact our support team within 7 days of service delivery
  • Provide detailed feedback about your concerns and issues faced
  • Our team will work with you to address the issues and provide appropriate solutions

Service Exchange

If you wish to exchange a purchased service plan for a different one, the following conditions apply:

  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • The service should not have been fully utilized
  • Price differences will be adjusted (additional payment or partial refund as applicable)
  • A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase

Subscription Changes

For subscription-based services, you may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel according to these guidelines:

  • Upgrades can be processed at any time and will be prorated for the remaining period
  • Downgrades will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle
  • Cancellations require a 30-day notice period before the next billing cycle

Non-Returnable Services

The following services are non-returnable after delivery or activation:

  • Custom talent search services that have been initiated
  • Successfully completed placements
  • Training or workshop sessions that have been conducted
  • Subscription services that have been active for more than 30 days

Additional Information

Service Level Agreements

All our services are governed by specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that outline the expected deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. These SLAs are shared during the purchase process and serve as the baseline for evaluating service quality concerns.

Force Majeure

Cosette Network is not liable for service delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, or widespread technology outages.
