Sai Kumar NetSuite Functional Consultant Perfex Technologies Career Objective & Summary: Having overall 7+ years, 3years in NetSuite functional consultant and involved in implementation and supporting projects Technical Summary: • Experience in customization of NetSuite to provide total solutions to clients. • Good knowledge in creation of custom forms, fields, saved searches, Reports, Suite flow. • Good Exposure in Import /Export CSV files. • Experience with creating Custom CRM Fields, Custom Entity Fields, Custom Item Fields, Custom Transaction Body Fields, and Custom Transaction Column Fields in NetSuite. • Engaged in go-live of projects. Support aspects include assistance in preparing financials, provision of resolution for support cases and product handling clarifications. • Experience in ERP NetSuite Administrative tasks like creating Users, Roles, Profiles, Page Layouts, Email Services, Reports, Dashboards • Knowledge on ERP NetSuite integrations with external systems • Knowledge about AR and AP, General Ledger • Knowledge in budgeting, payment processing and financial reports • Good business process knowledge like procure to pay, lead to cash and record to report. • Experience in Supporting day to day post-production issues, gathering new requirements and application to meet the requirements • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ERP NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration. • Develop, launch, and manage in-depth KPI's, dashboards and reports for all team functions at both management and individual level. • Customizing ERP NetSuite fields, forms, workflow rules, record types, user roles and dashboards to meet business needs. • Building saved searches on different records in NetSuite. • Highlighting the results as per the user`s requirement, sending the email updates to users along with results. • Adding custom saved searches onto dashboards using custom KPI’s. • Restricting users or groups to saves searches in view of confidential data.
