EMS is the central entity that monitors and manages the ACONYZ server components like CAS, INC, etc. ACONYX Server is a telecommunication application that creates toll-free numbers. It uses Kafka to communicate with the components and performs service-specific operations such as start, stop, and activate/ deactivate the services installed on components. Components use the REST-based APIs to communicate with EMS. Various modules like Alarm, Users, Security, Call Trace, etc. are present to manage the EMS.
