· Handling with FTE accounts.
· Handling different domain’s Active directory.
· Dealing with samanage with different priority tickets.
· Support SailPoint associated with different applications.
· Training & knowledge sharing with other team members.
· Deliverable of assigned works in proper time.
· Meet SLA criteria.
· The Verbal and Oral communication to customers, stakeholders, managers.
