The Web Based Recruitment Process System is a system which is aimed to
• help the HR personnel for the process of recruiting new candidate to the
company.
• make easy recruitment process of organization.
• reduce the communication gap between job provider and job seeker. Job
seeker has to register to the system and upload their resume. When the job
provider post job openings in this system the WRPS will search the total
system and select all the job seekers, their qualification and match with
requirement of organization. The HR MANAGER and the interviewer have
to register with the system. He can login to the system with his unique id and
password.
