PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
CRM is used for managing the complete hierarchy of the corporate profile with the grouping
of multipleinternet lines in a single billing account. Using CRM, CSR can view the details of
service such as billingsystem, basic details and dunning details. For managing customer
details, CRM integrates with multiple systems. It will help in answering the customer queries
effectively and effectively by the customer care agents, thereby facilitating a high level of
customer satisfaction. Under subscriber management we can manage the following.
Responsibilities:
 A unique profile id is created for every customer. Profile information can include the first name,last name, contact number and identification number.
 For every customer profile, an account is created where all the account level information is stored. A unique account id is created for the account. Each profile can have multiple accounts.
 Service connections are provided at the service level. It is a unique id for the services. Eachaccount can have multiple services.
 Developing new features in the application using spring boot with microservice.
 Fixing bugs in existing code.
 Creating Junit test cases.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Inventory management is the supervision of non-capitalized assets (inventory) and stock items. A component of supply chain management, inventory management supervises the
flow of goodsfrom manufacturers to warehouses and from these facilities to point of sale. A key function of inventory management is to keep a detailed record of each new or returned
product as it enters or leaves a warehouse or point of sale.

Inventory & Number Management is the common repository of different Assets type, which brings simplification and clarification of logistic and other operations that are connected to
enterprises’infrastructures. Inventory management GUI has been designed for easy definition and store exact information about the device type, any modification is easily supported by the system. It is the centralized monitoring system of stocks, which enables enterprises to avoid stock out, make prompt reorder and get automatic stock level updates whenever sales and purchases are made. The inventory system keeps the status of every Assets/device. All device attributes such as MAC ID, device model, application version etc. are stored in the system. Helps the operator to unify its sales anddistribution of products across the operation via Retailers.It also deals with
the management and organization off inventory by recording and maintaining igital,physical as well as virtual assets.

Project : iTicket Enhancements
Project Description:
Electronic Deal Ticket booking system supports banking and investment products. The EDT
application current front end is available in Flex. The marketing users can book the deals for
different investment products like investment security, discretionary, Fx options, security
options etc. There are different interfaces like Rapids, systematics, impacs with which the
eDT system will interacts to get the foreign exchange rates, cash account status, cash
position check, collateral account check for margin and non margin client. The marketing
user can see the post trade deals in the completed deals blotter. The dealers and clients also
can book the deals from interfaces called EPI. The deals booked by the client or dealer will
be availablein pending deals. Once the acknowledgment received these deals will be moved
to execute deals blotter. The marketing user can enrich the deals in pending deals blotter.
Themarketing user can also do the amendment of post trade deals.
Responsibilities:
 I Involved in the analysis, development, debug and testing of the system
