Description - Expense's current salesforce sales data sharing model hinders users when trying to report on and view records in the sales cloud. Unnecessary processing is running which consumes user licenses. Additionally, the user experience needs to be updated to provide a best-in-class lighting experience for users who are accessing Salesforce on mobile devices. The objective will be to design, build, and launch a new salesforce sharing architecture for Expense users. Importantly, Expense wants to use an effective way to get stakeholders to adopt new ways of working and truly drive improvement to operational metrics and ultimately, financial results.
