Tech Tracker allows AT&T customers to take control of their Interactive type appointments by staying informed throughout each step of the appointment. On the day of the installation or repair appointment, the customer can see the technician’s name, contact number, estimated time of arrival, and a map of the technician’s route to the customer’s home.
