Ø Experience in developing Dashboards, Lenses, Recipes in Salesforce CRM Analytics/Tableau CRM.
Ø Good exposure on ETL tools provided by Einstein Analytics like dataflow editor, Recipes.
Ø Good understanding of SAQL , Bindings etc.
Ø Experience on handling security predicates of datasets .
Ø Good knowledge in row level security and user permissions assignments in CRM Analytics based on Salesforce structures .
Ø Good exposure to other visualization tools like Tableau etc.
Ø Familiar with JIRA Ticket management system & Confluence.
JOB ROLE -Master Data Governance (Salesforce – Both Lightning & Classic version, HRIS, Customer/Consumer Facing systems/Apps)
Ø Serving as a Primary System Administrator for the Salesforce.com Lightning version.
Ø Handling all basic Administrative functions like User Account maintenance, Accounts,Reports& Dashboards & other routine tasks.
Ø Build Custom Apps & Objects, formula fields, custom views etc.
Ø Data Uploads- Migrate & Upload of existing Database Masters in excel to SFDC with the help of SFDC Data loaders.
Ø SFDC Reports& Dashboards-Developing & Creating customized reports & Dashboards through SALESFORCE report builder & EINSTEIN Analytics Tool.
Ø Installation of updates from SFDC - Install all high-priority updates from SFDC, testing it in Sandbox & Implenting the same .
Ø Training- the Sales team on how to get the best out of the SFDC Platform.
Ø Troubleshooting -Resolving Field User queries related to the App that is integrated with SFDC, for their daily field activities like Login Issues, Visits issues, Sync issues etc.
Ø Master Data Cleansing Activities on a regular basis.
JOB ROLE -Overall responsibility of administration of MFF CRM/SALESFORCE with the purpose of delivering business objectives in close co-ordination with Field Operations. Ensure adherence by the field team on reporting and recording norms. Analyze field level data, provide insight and optimize data utilization to support business focus on a regular basis.
Ø Salesforce Administration -Daily Administration & support of MFF CRM/ Salesforce Application including but not limited to managing multiple User Setup, profiles and roles, Customization of Objects, Workflows, fields, Page Layouts and Validations.
Ø Drive effective utilization of SFDC CRM in the branch, implementing the strategic business process of the field force team.
Ø Worked on Business Functionalities like Accounts, Territory, ATL, Sample Management, Product metrics, Product Catalog, etc.
Ø Business Analytics -Developing& Creating customized reports & Dashboards through SALESFORCE/ VEEVA CRM& EINSTEIN Analytics Tool.
Ø Rollout of Surveys on Salesforce& provide relevant Analysis and business insights to all stakeholders.
Ø Creating & maintaining documentation on processes, policies , Application configuration and help related materials for users.
Ø Involving with Global CRM Team on developments in SFDC. Rollout & Implementation of the same through Training Branch DSAs & support.
Ø PR/ PO creation on SAP System - On time creation of Purchase requests and entry of materials ( GRN/MIGO) and services in SAP efficiently.
Ø Asset Management -Ensure the devices (iPads) and applications version are compliant as per Nestle Security guidelines.
Ø Vendor Management for iPads.
Ø Data Monitoring - Ensure quality data input by all the MFF CRM users through proper monitoring, escalation to FOM and training and providing necessary analytics to relevant stake holders.
Ø Analyze field level data and provide insight and dashboard report to various stakeholders.
