BOBJ Admin Responsibilities
o Building New Environment with Business Objects XI 4.3
o Upgrade from 4.2 SP2 Patch 3 to 4.3SP3 SP1 Patch400 DEV, QA and Production (Clustered)
o Prepared Upgrade steps documents, backup strategies and co-ordinate with end users on letting them to know the status and testing phase, getting sign-off’s
o Migration of Objects from one environment to other environment
o Providing security rights on objects, folders, universe, connections based on requests
o Starting and Stopping of Servers from CMC.
o Issues resolving from Infra tool, reported by users on Production.
o Preparing documents on Installation of BO, Upgrde of BO
o Preparing end users documents’ like upgrade BO client tools help file, Infoview and CMC basic guide.
o Weekly Maintenance of Server bounce and service recycling to improve the performance.
o Co-ordinate between Application Development teams and other infra structure teams to get resolve the issue.
24x7 Production Support on week days, rotation on weekends with US Onsite

Hana Admin Responsibilities
o Worked on HANA BACKUP and Recovery. Scheduled HANA backups in all environments, Recovered HANA Database from Log file missing situation.
o Monitoring Hana database which involves long running Transactions, Garbage collection Blocking situations, Load on OS level, CPU, Memory usage in distributed environments. Good exposure in using HANA DBA Cockpit
o Worked on Hana System refresh activities.
o Moving the tables, schema via Command Prompt and worked on moving tables, schema, and delivery units via Hana Studio.
o Troubleshooted issues in the Hana transports via charm(Solman 7.2)
