Project Description:

Tractor Supply Company (TSC) had the Plan to update the BO – OS upgrade for maintaining their Environment for best and smooth operations and Our team planned to replicate the new environment like the already ongoing existing environment.

Responsibilities:

Creating publications in BI environment for report distribution.

Create and manage Users, user groups and User access levels and provide the access to users.

·         Create and Manage BI users.

·         Start and stop BI Servers and services.

·         Content and Server Management.

·         Managing objects in BO environment.

·         Managing License Management - Concurrent and named users.

·         Auditing BO environment.

·         Manage Alert and events management.

·         Manage BO version upgrade and migration activities.

·         Managing Security profiles.

·         Maintenance of CMC and BI Launchpad.

·         Creating and manage Backup and restore.

·         Creating, manage and Scheduling the reports

·         Troubleshooting report issues, system slowness. Create ODBC, OLE connections for SQL DB servers and TNS Entries in TNSNAME.Ora file on all BO processing servers and node configuration.

·         Deleting the resources (universe, document) from the repository

·         cleaning the repositories like orphaned connection, universes, documents

·         Installing and upgrading BO servers in BOXI 3.X and BOE 4.1,4.2

·         Tech support related to BO issues
