Experience :8 to 12 Year
8+ years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors implementation and support.
Should have experience in configuring/implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong knowledge on following SAP HCM Sub modules: Time management, Time Evaluation,
Personnel administration, Cross application timesheet.
Should have good command over SAP Time PCR and Schema.
Proficient on IDOC processing and supporting interfaces.
Should be able to coordinate between client and developers ensuring zero defect deliveries within
Proficient in preparation of BRDs, FS and relevant test scenarios for various applications.
Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the requirements.
Excellent understanding and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Knowledge in core HR process is added advantage.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management
The Preferred Ability to analyze and integrate data throughout performance succession cycle identify
trends and relationships
Inform solutions and measure impact Experience identifying and applying workforce analytics and
