Description

8+ years of experience in SAP HCM & SuccessFactors implementation and support.

 Should have experience in configuring/implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

 Strong knowledge on following SAP HCM Sub modules: Time management, Time Evaluation,

Personnel administration, Cross application timesheet.

 Should have good command over SAP Time PCR and Schema.

 Proficient on IDOC processing and supporting interfaces.

 Should be able to coordinate between client and developers ensuring zero defect deliveries within

stringent timelines.

 Proficient in preparation of BRDs, FS and relevant test scenarios for various applications.

 Ability to organize workload and prioritize tasks based on the criticality of the requirements.

 Excellent understanding and working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

 Knowledge in core HR process is added advantage.

 Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management

 The Preferred Ability to analyze and integrate data throughout performance succession cycle identify

trends and relationships

 Inform solutions and measure impact Experience identifying and applying workforce analytics and

talent metrics data

 To make recommendations in support of the succession planning

 Performance management Performance management experience supporting a large scale corporate

talent management

 Program Experience with supporting SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules including

succession performance development goal management to support the talent planning and

performance management Processes

 Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills with solution oriented approaches

and strong collaboration With HR colleagues and business stakeholders

 Ability to think creatively and strategically to make recommendations
