Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Configuration Analyst specializing in SuccessFactors EC Global Benefits to play a crucial role in configuring, maintaining, and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

-Configure and customize SAP EC Global Benefits modules to align with the organization's business processes and objectives.

-Implement and maintain benefit plans, packages, and eligibility rules within the SAP EC

-Collaborate with business stakeholders 

-Translate business requirements into technical specifications for SAP EC Global Benefits configuration.

System Integration:

-Work closely with other SAP modules and third-party systems

-Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.

Documentation:

-Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP EC Global Benefits configurations, customizations, and processes.

Collaboration:

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and business stakeholders

Qualifications:

-Proven experience as an SAP Configuration Analyst with a focus on EC Global Benefits.

-In-depth knowledge of SAP EC Global Benefits modules and related SAP technologies.
