Job Summary:
Our client is seeking 2-3 SuccessFactors EC Payroll Functional Analysts with a strong background in testing methodologies, particularly using Zephyr. These positions will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Payroll modules. This position requires a deep understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll functionalities, expertise in testing processes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
SuccessFactors EC Payroll Implementation:
-Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for SuccessFactors EC Payroll modules.
-Configure and customize SuccessFactors EC Payroll functionalities to meet specific business needs.
-Ensure alignment of EC Payroll configurations with overall HR and business strategies.
Functional Analysis:
-Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and requirements to propose efficient and effective solutions within SuccessFactors EC Payroll.
-Provide subject matter expertise on EC Payroll functionalities and best practices.
-Collaborate with technical teams to translate functional requirements into technical specifications.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
-Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases for SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations and enhancements.
-Execute functional, integration, and regression tests to ensure the reliability and accuracy of EC Payroll configurations.
-Utilize Zephyr for Jira to manage and execute test cycles, document test results, and track defects.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a SuccessFactors EC Payroll Functional Analyst.
-Strong understanding of SuccessFactors EC Payroll configurations, rules, and functionalities.
-Hands-on experience with Zephyr for Jira for test planning and execution.
-Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
