Migrating from AWS to on-prem (Openstack). So good knowledge of AWS 
Hands-on experience in OpenStack and OpenStack advanced technical skills, and careful planning to address the challenges effectively
Ensuring OpenStack scale effectively without degradation in performance as the number of nodes, services, and users increases.
Managing compute, storage, and network resources to meet the needs of a growing infrastructure, including the automation of scaling operations
Designing systems that are fault-tolerant and can handle failures of individual components without service disruption
Ensuring data is consistently replicated and can be quickly recovered in the event of a failure
Managing complex networking scenarios that involve software-defined networking (SDN), and integrating with various network providers and technologies
Performing upgrades without downtime or service disruption in  infrastructure where services are distributed across many datacenters
Ensuring compatibility between various components of OpenStack,and other integrated services or applications
Quickly identifying and resolving issues in a complex environment, which requires a deep understanding of the architecture and interactions between components
Bachelors or Masters Degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics
5+ years of experience in proficient in Linux (Debian and RedHat derivatives)
Strong knowledge of Linux networking and preferably SDN (Software Defined Networking)
Experience with containerization
Ability to code (Bash, Python, Ansible, Git)
Experience with storage systems
Strong knowledge of high availability and load balancing
Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and technologies
Experience with Monitoring and Metrics systems
