CPQ Consultant - Hybrid

Position Description:

The CPQ Consultant plays a critical role, serving as customer advisor and configuration expert during the implementation process

Responsibilities

● Perform analysis and breakdown of complex business information.

● Translate business requirements into well-designed solutions.

● Work with the project management team to plan tasks and provide accurate status reports.

● Configure, model, and test solutions to support customer business objectives.

● Demo solutions to elicit feedback and iterate design throughout the implementation sprints.

● Deliver customer core team and Zimit admin training.

● Prepare and transition the customer from implementation to Go Live, hypercare and move to Production support.

● Minimal travel to customer sites, less than 10%

Required Qualifications & Skills

● 5+ years implementing and configuring enterprise business applications, particularly ERP Order

to Cash or PSA cloud/SaaS.

● Strong understanding of business processes related to services: selling, pricing, quoting, and delivering services; as well as pricing: labor estimation, technology, and/or subscription pricing.

● Familiarity with quote content documents (ROM, SOW, etc.)

● Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize functional or technical requirements

● Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent customer facing communication skills, both written and verbal

Other Qualifications & Skills

● Experience working with CRM and PSA/ERP Integrations.

● CPQ implementation experience (Salesforce, Apttus, Oracle)
