Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings to provide input on testing timelines and priorities.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that testing aligns with business requirements.
Stay updated on the latest Salesforce releases and features to effectively test and validate new functionalities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a QA Tester with a focus on Salesforce applications.
Solid understanding of manual testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.
