- Sales CRM system is a SAAS based multi tenant application designed to help small sales teams manage and improve the sales process
- It includes features like pipeline management, email integration, activities and goals.
- The primary view is the pipeline, a clear visual interface that prompts you to take action, remain organized and stay in control of a complex sales process. It has built-in reminders and notifications.
- In the pipeline view, deals are categorized by sales stage which allows setting priorities and refocusing efforts accordingly. It is easy to use with a drag-and-drop interface and Not only used by salespeople but also to manage workflow, enrollment, complicated projects, rewards programs and much more.
- Fully customizable at all levels - Add as many sales stages, team members or activity types as you need.
- In activities and goals, we can clearly see which activities are planned, overdue along with the customized activity types. Also includes a scheduling tool which syncs with google calendar. This activity calendar gives you a great visual overview of your schedule.
- Email integration with custom email templates and signatures.
- Customizable dashboards helps to create own personal dashboard for each user as per their preference task and activities, daily task needs to be done and /or what is my achievement over the period

Name: eSign Application

Timeline: DEC 2019 - FEB 2021 Description:
- The main objective of this application is to make it easy for signing documents with the help of an electronic signature.
- This application offers various features like user registration,user login, creating a document by uploading files from local computer of cloud storages like google drive, dropbox etc, add recipients for the document,
- Adding signature places and other fields on the document, requesting the document for signature, creating and using templates to save time, sending email notifications with help of different events and templates.
- A recipient or signer of a document is provided with various features like forwarding document, rejecting document, download document, etc.
- A user is also allowed to save his signature and initials by typing or drawing or by uploading the existing file.
- A user is categorized into 3 roles like admin, manager, and the normal user with a set of access and permissions.
- Inside settings, a user can customize his own profile details or company profile details.
- This application also has subscription management which uses a stripe as a payment gateway.
- A billing and subscription module is added where a user can manage his billing and subscription details.
- This application is secured with an authentication module and role-based access control to protect the user data.
A primary motive for developing this application is to reduce paperwork and save users time for signing documents.
