•The client is a UK-based lending firm, that provides different loans on properties to individuals and institutions. They were looking to manage the loan management journey in Salesforce from lead generation to loan completion.
•Conducted discovery sessions with stakeholders to understand requirements for custom Salesforce objects.
•Created custom objects within Salesforce, including fields, picklists, and page layouts.
•Configured field-level security settings to control access to sensitive data according to the users and respective profiles.
