Job Profile Contour Inspection of LCA-Tejas CNC/GMC Components for Initial first-off clearance to proceed on to the Batch level Clearance of parts, Raised Design clarifications when snag is occurred on the part, Drawing discrepancies Reports were generated when problems were found related to CAD Model and its related Drawing. Giving status of Inspected components, Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine. (CMM) which was used for inspection purpose is Carl-Zeiss, LK, DEA, CAD Package used for modeling was Unigraphics NX, NX2.

Job Profile 2D Hard copy drawings of parts were given to generate new 3D CAD Models in Unigraphics-NX2. These CAD models and drawings were finally approved from Client, Also worked in a Design project which was CFD Analyzed and then approved from Client.
