Job Responsibilities

·         Screening CV’s & conduct preliminary interviews to shortlist a candidate suitable for further selection process.

·         Co-ordinate Hr interviews and issue of offer for selected candidates.

·         Organize Training programs for new joinees and refreshment training for the old employees.

·         Calculating and Distribution of Salary.

·         Provide necessary MIS reports.

·         Co-ordinate with employees & management and ensure smooth functioning of the organization.

·         To handle grievance of employees.

·         Other responsibilities involve HR Coordination, reference check, appraisals and other welfare programs for   employees.
