• Monitor Changes on Global and Regional Transfer Pricing regulations and perform impact assessments according to the Transfer Pricing Policies

• Preparation and follow up of Transfer Pricing documentation: Local File, CbCr and Master File.

• Analysis of deviations on P&L related to intercompany transactions and initiate corrective actions.

• Support in the design of Tax Risk framework for the group.

• Partnering in ensuring the group is in position to comply with BEPS forthcoming actions.

• Business Models Restructuring and consideration of its tax impact.

• Ensure the correct profit allocations aligned with value generation.

• Proactively identify opportunities to mitigate tax risk, respond to tax policy and develop new metrics for ensuring compliance with tax laws.

• Negotiation and calculation of intercompany transactions.
