PROJECTS ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My INFRACRM Description: The CRM project aim at delivering a global CRM process and a global CRM system (using Microsoft Dynamics), building on a global client excellence framework with an end-to-end business process, from prospect to contract and opportunity management to the actual delivery and follow up of contracted services. The development will be focusing on standardization using as much out-of-the box functionality as possible with a minimum of local variations. This project included integration with various CRM and ERP systems and one-time Data migration from different type of legacy systems. Responsibilities: Involved in analysis, design and documentation. Developing Business logic components. Wrote Stored Procedures, Coding in C# and scripts. Developed plugins and custom workflowsJavaScript functionality for client-side validation. Involved in creation/review of functional requirement specifications and supporting documents for business systems, experience in database design process and data modeling process. Designed and customized solutions as per requirements using custom forms, views, entities, relationships, JavaScript events. Designed developed custom HTML web resources. Configuring Security Model.
