UI/UX Developer

Job Title: UI/UX Developer
Location: Noida
Responsibilities:
1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and
engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, and widgets
4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields
5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and
look like
6. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, and tables)
7. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
8. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of
design projects
2. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React for UI implementation
3. Experience with design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma
4. Familiarity with mobile-first and responsive design principles
5. Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
6. Preferred experience in gamification design and implementation
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field
2. Minimum of 3 -4 years of experience in UI/UX design and development
3. Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
4. Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
5. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
6. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
7. Experience working in an e-commerce or B2B environment is a plus
