Position Title: Sr. Engineer - AWS Terraform Java
Location: Bangalore
Experience : 5 -6 yrs.

Job Description (Job Summary/Roles & Responsibilities)

This is an individual contributor role to manage and build Public, Private and Hybrid cloud infrastructure at in highly hydrogenous environment.
Serve as a key member to help design and delivery of responsive backend services - utilising best practice principles.
Looks proactively beyond the obvious for continuous improvement opportunities.
Work in an agile delivery team, with familiarity with the processes and ceremonies
Has a drive to learn industry leading/innovative technologies and solutions
Good positive attitude, communication, willingness to learn and share with others.

Mandatory Skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
4+ years of development experience in a modern development stack Java is essential.
Experience in IaC development with Terraform and Ansible.
Hands-on experience deploying and monitoring services running on Kubernetes/ OpenShift.
Exposure to public cloud services in AWS and Azure is essential
Experience with automated build and test frameworks is essential.
Understanding of building applications with secure integration with API Gateways using REST endpoints is a plus.
Familiarity with API & integration patterns to securely communicate with backend services and clients.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of programming in Python is a plus.
Good understanding of Application and Network Security architectures is a plus.
Understanding of NoSQL, Messaging and caching products such as Kafka, Couchbase and Redis is a plus.

Education & Certifications:

BE/ BTech / BSC / MCA
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, computer science engineering or related technical experience. Up to 5 years of dynamic experience in software engineering.
