Sharepoint Developer

Job duties

• Develop and customize new and existing SharePoint applications
• Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain business applications.
• Create technical documentation for the projects in hand.

Required skills:

• 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
• SharePoint 2019 portal and custom development.
• Experience in “SharePoint REST API”, and “REST APIs” in general.
• “Strong SharePoint Branding Experience” in working with “Master Pages”, “Page Layouts”, “Content types”, and “Site Columns”
• Strong skills working with SharePoint Lists, and Libraries
• Proven experience in the development of SPFx web parts and extensions
• Frontend development skills in ReactJS or Angular.
• Able to handle deployment of SharePoint customizations on Development, Test, and Production Environments and move changes between environments.
• SharePoint 2019 Administration and Configuration.
• SharePoint Search Configuration, Coding, testing, debugging, deployment
• Testing and debugging code, and troubleshooting software issues.
• Experience in PowerShell scripts (Configure SharePoint, deploy packages…)
• Client-side/UI technologies: HTML 5, CSS 3.0, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery.
• Understand browser-specific compatibility issues.

Optional (but recommended to have) topics:

• C# OOP, .Net Core, Entity Framework, GIT
• Design Patterns: DI, Factory, Repository, and UoW
• Crosscutting concerns: Caching, Globalization.
• SharePoint online
• Working with SQL and Databases
• ASP.Net MVC
