Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-quality, and high-performance mobile applications on the Flutter framework. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in mobile development, with a significant portion of that experience in Flutter.

Responsibilities:
Design and build advanced applications for the Android and iOS platforms using Flutter.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Lead the development team in the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications.
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.
Requirements:
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject.
Proven software development experience and Flutter skills development.
Have published at least one original Flutter app.
Experience with Flutter SDK and Dart programming language.
Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building.
Experience working in an agile development process.
