Job Description:


Administration and configuration of SaaS lead-to-cash business systems including CRM, RFP management, sales engagement software including the integrations with other platforms.

Utilize best practices to perform operational support, enhancements, bug fixes in the Salesforce platform including users, roles, security, profiles, workflow and validation rules, custom objects, DataLoader, etc.

Monitor data quality and consistency using reports, dashboards, and processes.

Perform maintenance procedures for data change requests. Ensure established approval and escalation processes for such change requests are followed.

Create, update, and maintain corporate and ad hoc reports and data analytics for internal/external consumers as required.

Participate in efforts to develop documentation and execute testing.

Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace

Participate and manage internal projects as needed

Provide support and service to the internal stakeholders regarding business application administration, data, and reporting – Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Support and Services


Experience 

Bachelor’s degree in MIS or related field

2+ years Systems Administration or equivalent experience 

2+ years work experience with the Salesforce.com architecture preferred

Marketo, Outreach, SQL experience preferred 

Managing, triaging, and resolving user submitted issues via ticketing system(s)

Advanced Excel skills (Macro, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Business System Administrator is critical to supporting Winshuttle’s lead-to-cash processes for the global sales and marketing teams. You will be the primary administrator of the Salesforce platform including configuration, development and maintenance. You will work directly with the system/data, participate in multiple technical projects at one time, and provide solutions that are highly usable, scalable, extensible, and maintainable on the Force.com platform. You will also administer various other SaaS tools including RFP management, sales engagement and similar Salesforce-integrated systems.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about their work, self-motivated, detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving abilities.
