                                i.      We actually have a list of needed changes to CRM that we would like advice on, and then implemented.

  1. Advice and assistance on email/marketing campaigns, associated landing pages, campaign results analysis and response automation
  2. salesforce connectivity and marketing automation
  3. Enhance and update forms to populate directly to Salesforce
  4. Automated response emails based on user actions on the websites
  5. Addition of dynamic call to actions to encourage engagement and associated Salesforce tracking and response
  6. Other enhanced tracking and journey management of users on the websites
