Key Skills Required Skills

· At least 6 years of working experience on Oracle Cloud HCM
· Functional knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM – Talent Management, E-Learning, Talent Process Administration,
Performance & Leadership, Engagement & Recognition, Global HR, etc.
· Excellent functional knowledge in setting up the lookups, values sets, work structures, Area of Responsibility,
Configuration of HCM Process
· Should have minimum 2-3 years of experience on end-to-end fusion HCM implementation projects
· Knowledge in
o HCM Extract
o OTBI Reports
o Fast Formulas for different modules
o Data Loaders – HCM Data Loader (HDL), Payroll Batch Loader (PBL), File-based Loader(FBL)
· Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
· Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
· Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements
· Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.
· Should have experience of entire project lifecycle
· Worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects
· Should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
· Work with Business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement and optimization of existing
systems and processes.
· Work with a global team to execute the client delivery.
Process Skills:
· Should be able to drill down the metrics , analyze the gaps and suggest solutions
· Should be able to bring in ideas to improve productivity and quality of work
· Should be able to build tools & accelerators which is value add for the customer
Behavioral Skills:
· Should be aggressive in making decisions and managing teams
· Should have very good communication.
· Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
· Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity.
