Description

· Hands on Experience in Payroll Batch Loaders (PBL), HCM Data Loaders (HDL) and HDL Transformation
Formula(payroll flow process)
· Extensive experience in customizing standard reports as well as developing reports in Oracle Fusion HCM using
OTBI and BI Reports
· Good Hands-on Fusion Personalization
· Experience in Developing Fusion HCM extracts
· Good Experience in Creating Fusion Flex field like Descriptive Flex fields (DFF), Key Flex Fields (KFF) and EFF
· Good Experience in Fusion Fast Formulas
· Good Hands-on Fusion Workflows
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills.
· Good Experience in HCM Functional workflow – E-learning, Talent Process Administration, Performance,etc.
· Strong analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and conceptual skills
· Ability to work in a cross functional team environment
· Pro-actively seeks to make continuous improvements
· Is results oriented and has a high degree of accountability, commitment and responsibility.
· Should have experience of entire project lifecycle
· Worked on Implementation, Support & Upgrade projects
· Should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
· Work with Business to support any configuration change, continuous improvement and optimization of existing
systems and processes.
· Work with a global team to execute the client delivery.

Qualification:
Somebody who has at least 6+ years of work experience in Peoplesoft HCM 9.2 & Oracle Cloud HCM
