Projects Undertaken TECHNOLOGY USED CAMPAIGN & CHANNEL SOLUTION - DEUTSCHE BANK Adobe Campaign Classic - Neolane, Adobe Target, AEM, Oracle, SOAP API, XML, Javascript DURATION Jun 2021 - Current SYNOPSYS CCS is the squad in Deutsche Bank responsible to develop custom channels in Adobe Campaign to meet the bank's need. They were using PEGA previously and now they are fully moving to Adobe Campaign. This project is one of the most complicated projects I have ever seen and the extent of customization we have on Adobe campaign is phenomenal. Starting from new channel creations to archiving sent data in various different servers. Its just outstanding. ROLE Technical Architect DETAILS The task was to enable and integrate Adobe Target with Adobe campaign to leverage the capability of Target for inbound campaigns. I was responsible for the architectural design of the system where/how multiple data ware houses of the bank will come into picture and and deliver the segmentation and technical user id to Target. There were external data warehouses, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign and Adobe Target, AEM. Data flows in between these systems and my responsibility is to connect the dots to deliver an optimized architecture where the bank would be able to send inbound campaigns. Inbound Campaign Archi tecture This was a real challenging peace of work, where the bank has many custom channels in Adobe campaign and some of those were taking lot of time during execution. For this reason the bank users were not able to leverage these custom channels fully. Here I came into picture to go through the functionalities and deliver a better channel in terms of performance and user experience. I have decoded thousands lines of JavaScript codes and translated those into adobe campaign native objects, optimized the JavaScript wherever needed. And as a result, previously the channel was taking 6.5 hours to deliver 100K records and now it takes merely 5-10 minutes for end-to-end execution
