Job Responsibility:


·        Filing of GST (GSTR1 & 3B) Return as well as reconciliation of input credits, Vendor follow up, issuance of Statutory forms, processing of Credit Note and Debit Note. Responsibility to visit to Govt. Deptt. for collection of statutory forms (H/C/12A) as well as assessment work and refund etc. Apart from above, follow up for collection of payments from Debtors and making payments to Vendors also, Credit Controls etc.

·      Enquiry floating to the vendors for materials as per our requirement given by project manager.

·     Comparison of BID for procurement of material, Negotiation before finalization of price of materials, Purchase Order generation for materials, Liaising with Vendors, Critical issues discussion between vendors for upcoming problem etc.

 From 2012 onward


·        Performing as Sr. Accountant TPD Oxygen Plant at Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, Rourkela

·        Reconciliations of ledgers, Payment Collections, Reconciliations of items of billing schedule for 700 TPD Oxygen Plant at Rourkela Steel Plant, SAIL, Rourkela 

·        Invoicing as per billing schedule as specified for project accounting, Collections of Income Tax Certificate, Sales Tax Certificates, & Collections of ‘C’ Forms etc.


·        Reconciliations of Sub-Contractor, Payment follow-up with HO, Invoice checking of Sub Contractors

·        Preparation of CLC (Contract Labour Cell) Documentations, obtaining of monthly CLC clearance from Project CLC department, SAIL, RSP. Documentation preparation for Employees Provident Fund for No Demand Certificate & Documentation preparation for Employees State Insurance for No Demand Certificate & Gate Pass NDC.

·        Reconciliation statement of Cash received from HO.

·        Daily activities

·        Final documentation for submission to client
