• Implemented End-End Open Text VIM configuration ( 20.4 SP.3 and 7.5 SP.3 ) in development server and quality server, also which includes suggesting the components to the AP team, BCC/IES setup, Archive link configuration, document type configuration, process type configuration, Process option configuration and provided guidance in the planning and design.

• Knowledge in configuration of Content repositories, Archive document types and presetting option for Mass archiving.

• Maintained different VIM invoice channels like Email and OAWD.

• Configured VIM document types, enhanced indexing screen, enhancement and maintained chart of authority for PO & Non-PO.

• Worked on different scenarios like quantity and price issue of PO Invoice blocking before and after invoice posting.

• Extensive knowledge on Non-PO VIM approval workflows, non-parking scenarios and parking scenarios for both PO and Non-PO invoices

• Worked on scenarios to post invoices in dialog and in background using VIM baseline and custom BDCs.

• Enhanced in Role Maintenance Template for AP Processor, PO Buyer for routing Workflow into Respective user.

• Worked on post installation activity and FIORI app configuration.
