2.Marathon Petroleum: (Jan 2021-Till Present)

Working as a SAP Concur Module Lead from Offshore for the integration of SAP Concur and S4 HANA.

Involved in configuring the ICS integration with SAP Concur and S4 HANA.

Worked on end-to-end solution design, enhancing, unit testing and troubleshooting data migration mappings and workflow from Legacy systems/ secondary data sources to SAP S4.

Conduct hands-on Workshops for Client’s Functional Team(s) on usage of new Unify system (ICS Integrated).

Requirement gathering from Business, and adapt as per technical categorization, set planning meetings to review and analyze the requirement further with the team, and work distribution.

Daily Sync up with team on progress, mitigate blockers, analyze, and optimize current development process, and identify scope of improvement, by solely following up with stakeholders/dependents.

On completion of requirement, showcase/demo resolution to Business Analysts and Stakeholders to collect feedback.

On frequency, sync up with client and Concur executive and management with status/progress report.

Collaborate with cross functional teams & consultants with data processes and master data governance.

Worked with the team to create data mapping for WBS, Cost Center, Employee, Attendee and Bursting files.

Prepared detailed level of design documents for all the countries involved in wave (US, Canada, Singapore and Mexico) for Concur integration.

Prepared  Functional specification documents for all the 4 countries (US, Canada, Singapore and Mexico).

Done through testing and made sure all the expense repots were successfully getting posted in S4 system once they are submitted in the Concur system.

Part of the UAT cutover. Actively participated in all the UAT calls, took the updates from business and worked accordingly to provide quick resolution for the issues.

Prepared detailed level of Test (Posting ) documents for all the countries( US, Canada, Singapore and Mexico), for Concur integration.

1.DTTL SWIFT: (April 2020-December 2020)

Worked as a SAP Concur Module Lead for DTTL swift project for the integration of SAP Concur and S4 HANA.

Prepared detailed level of design documents for all the countries involved in wave 3A(Netherland, Ireland) and 3B(Italy, Belgium,Denmark) for Concur integration.

Prepared  Functional specification documents for all the countries involved in wave 3A(Netherland, Ireland) and 3B(Italy, Belgium,Denmark).

Done through testing and made sure all the expense repots were successfully getting posted in SWIFT system once they are submitted in the Concur system.
