● 13 Years of Professional IT Experience in Software Testing. (5+ Years in BSS Testing).
● Have a strong understanding of quality assurance and testing processes within an Agile.
● Strong experience in Client-Server / Web Application / Mobile Application testing.
● Proficient in designing all artifacts of testing such as Test Scenarios, RTM, Test Cases, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Report.
● Maintain QA documentation and generate test reports for management.
● Experience in API testing using Postman / SOAP UI.
● Experience with Defect tracking tools i.e. Jira, Mantis, Bugzilla, Redmine, QMetry, TestRail
● Domain knowledge of Telecom, US Healthcare, and BFSI.
● Onsite Experience: Johannesburg, South Africa.
