Working with ‘Bank of America.’ in corporate tax and compliance team as Assistant Manager working on Process enhancement, automation and presentation for Management.

Software used: - Advance MS Excel, VBA, Alteryx, SQL and Tableau

Activities:

§ Preparing dashboards using Alteryx and Tableau for KPIs, Time tracker etc.

§ Working on process improvement – using Advance Excel, Alteryx, SQL, Power Query and Tableau.

§ Preparation and analysis of Management reports with suitable recommendations.

§ Analysis on Time tracker, Activity tracker and tableau presentation same to senior management.

§ Saved 200 hrs./yr. (approx.) - Automated Corp tax activity - 250 files with one macro (VBA).

§ Saved more than 300 hrs./yr. - Introduced new time tracker tool and Tableau presentation. Replaced the old MS Access tool with new TTT tool (VBA, Alteryx and tableau).

§ Saved more than 150 hrs./yr. - Introduced KPI’s Tableau presentation. Replaced the old MS excel files with new Tableau presentation (VBA, Alteryx and tableau).

Working with ‘JP Morgan & Chase.’ in Corporate Controller team as Sr. Analyst working in General Accounting and Intercompany profile team for US region.

Software used: - SAP, ART (Reconciliation tool), MS Excel, Alteryx, SQL and Tableau

Activities:

§ Preparing dashboards using ART, Alteryx and Tableau for KPIs, reconciliation etc.

§ Working on process improvement – using Alteryx, SQL, Power Query and Tableau.

§ Preparation and analysis of Management reports with suitable recommendations.

§ Extracting reports using TOAD (SQL) or Power Query and data massaging as per requirement.

§ Preparing and reviewing variances in PL & Balance sheet heads, explaining variances with respect to projections and actual.

§ Contacting the different business areas as to finalize the Balance Sheet and P&L for reporting and Variance Analysis.

§ Analysis on accrual and prepaid schedules and tableau presentation same to Director level.
