· Total 4.7 years of experience in IT Industry as application and production support and consultant
· Handle queries from global customers and update in timely manner
· Ensure service uptime with regular audits & health checks of application and its components
· Hand over issues to development team, network team and take follow ups in timely manner
· Acknowledge, update, resolve and close incident and service request using ticketing tools
· Prepare business reports and application supporting documents
· Create bridge between teams, management and handle crisis call, escalation and follow AIM process
