Sanction and Expenditure Requisition System is a software or procedural framework used by organizations to manage the approval and tracking of financial requests and expenditures. It provides a structured and controlled process for requesting, reviewing, approving, and monitoring expenses within an organization. The Requisition creation screens allows users to create requisitions for various types of expenses, such as purchases, services, or project-related costs. Users provide detailed information about the requested expenditure, including item descriptions, quantities, cost estimates, and supporting documentation. The Sanction screen allows users to select the appropriate sanction type from a predefined list. Users provide relevant details about the sanction request, such as the purpose, justification, or description of the requested action or expenditure. They may be required to input specific information based on the selected sanction type. Created New Request Creation screen for Purchase Requisition and sanction and include the mail flow functionality after obtaining approval or authorization for a particular project or initiative. This approval is usually granted by a senior manager or executive within the organization, and is based on a variety of factors such as the project's potential benefits, costs, and risks. Created screens for view , edit functionality ,searching the request for both purchase requisition and sanction requests. PDMS - Part Documentation Management System June 2022 to Dec. 2022 SEWSE (Sumitomo Electric Wiring System-Europe) & SEWS-CE Tech Stack : Java, JSP, Spring MVC, Hibernate, RestAPI, AngularJs, Jquery, HTML, CSS, MS SQL Server Sketched and drawing(DWG,TIF,PNG,JPEG)attached document upload system. View Edit Upload document functionality - Generating new Drawing No and Sumitomo Part No for new document by giving their appropriate supplier code, Customer, Manufacturing Location etc. Copy document functionality - Create new document with same requirements just by copying a document data. Mass Upload functionality - Develop biggest functionality of PDMS in which Mass upload the document just by generating version of the existing document. Generate reports for the history and versions of the documents. Successfully completed the conversion of different formatted documents in PDF using Aspose Library ,Itext, Java ,Batch etc. Users can upload document in any format and can download in pdf format or in original format. Users can also manage an external excel sheet of Sumitomo Part Number or Document Ref No. to download document from outside the application. Important Features like Mass Upload, Copy Document, Download Original Document, View-Edit-Delete documents, Report(Document History, Read Receipts, Version History), Search Screen.
